Looking back on limerick 6 Mile last year, it's mad I lost it mentally on third mile cause I managed fastest mile on last one, when ur not mentally there doesn't matter training you've done, looking forward to virtual 5k next wk

Went for slow run around Park just mile and half going be long Rd back to were I was before, mentally harder than physically, not feeling as positive as normally would, disappointed last year went way it did, il just take one run at a time

My longest run in 5months slow Rd back but glad I got out done 5 miles slower and was in pain but finished stronger than I started

Went gym Tues and today couple miles on thread mill and 3miles on bike,surprisely my 4.4 mile cycle home faster than normal by nearly 4mins,
Want get out in park see how 5k pace like sometime over next few days

So been doing bit in gym at work done few miles on thread mill it's actually tougher than normal run plus heat not helping.Got 2mile done today 5k exercise bike and 1000m on rowing machine and some light dumbbell workout trying build back muscles up slowly,hope that will help with problems. Extra entries for Dublin Marathon were released today and gutted I couldn't even apply as I knew it wouldn't happen this year. Going set new goal but unfortunately at moment it won't be a marathon

So still suffering with back went for x-ray came back clear, went for run today but feel like joints just stiff and no support in hips and back so draining on legs, 5k on Sunday il be lucky get around it way feeling now
