✅ 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡: Carbs aren’t the enemy - overeating is.
1. Carbs don’t inherently cause fat gain.
2. Low‑carb diets work short‑term, but the advantage disappears.
3. Cutting carbs = cravings, low energy, rebound eating.
4. Carb quality matters more than quantity.
5. Carbs fuel training, recovery & metabolism.
6. Extreme restriction creates nutrient gaps.
🧠 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞:
1. Carbs don’t make you gain weight - overeating does.
2. You don’t need to cut carbs to lose fat.
3. You need balance: high‑fiber carbs, enough protein, calorie awareness, movement, and no extreme rules.

Finished teaching Pilates Spring Term at ✔️
I was very worried when I started teaching classes in 2025 that I would run into some rude or unreasonable people 🙈 But instead I met amazing people who brought joy into my life!
