Here’s the structure we use:

Part 1: Use strong power verbs
“I grew…”
“I drove…”
“I increased…”
“I delivered…”

Part 2: Be specific
Don’t just say you improved sales.
Say how much.

Example:
“Increased sales by $500K”

Part 3: Give context
Explain HOW you achieved it.

Example:
“Increased sales by $500K by onboarding a partner programme and securing 12 new B2B clients.”

That’s what makes recruiters stop and pay attention.
