I hear this story over and over again from moms, and it hits close to home because it’s a story I know all too well.

It’s the one where everything seems fine until it’s not.

You’re following the rules, doing everything “right,” but suddenly, your child starts having meltdowns, struggling with sensory overload, or dealing with speech and learning challenges. Maybe it’s chronic skin issues that just don’t go away.

Children are born with a high toxic load. These toxins slowly pile up over time, affecting everything from their moods to their immune system, and often, the signs are hard to spot until they start to show up in ways we can’t ignore.

My own son experienced this firsthand he went from being a bright, joyful child to struggling with the very things I just described. It felt like everything that once worked suddenly wasn’t enough anymore.

What I’ve learned is that this isn’t just coincidence. More and more families are seeing this same thing, and it’s heartbreaking to realize how many children are affected by the toxic environment we live in today.

And it’s not just the toxins in 💉It’s the chemicals in the food we eat, the air we breathe, and even the things we put on our skin. It all adds up, and our kids are carrying that burden.

That’s why detox is so crucial. It’s not just about cleaning out the system it’s about clearing the path so we can support the body in its natural healing process. Without detox, we’re working against the very thing that’s preventing our children from thriving.

Once you remove those harmful toxins, you create space for goodness minerals, nutrients, and supplements that can restore balance, help the gut and ultimately improve the overall health of your child.

For those of you who are struggling with the same thing, I want to offer my support. This journey isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, it’s time to take a closer look at the toxins that might be weighing your child down and begin the detox process.

Comment “GENTLE DETOX” and I’ll send you the mineral that’s changed my son’s life. 03/06/2025

Tae Kwon Do

Dear Student, Parent/Guardian
We have been working very hard to try and reopen the club at St Patricks but unfortunately we are not permitted to reopen at St. Patricks B.N.S. hall at this time.
However we have managed to acquire Home Farm Football Club hall on a temporary basis. While this is some good news we cannot accommodate all of our students at this time. We are limited to class sizes of 5 per class as set out by the government guidelines.
We have decided to reopen as soon as we can on a phased and restricted basis rather than wait for government restrictions to be lifted as a result of this our club size has been reduced to 30 members for now.
This breaks down into 3 30 minute classes with 5 per class Monday or Wednesday starting on the 7th September (1 Class per week).
We have picked students at random for the first week. We are hoping that after the 13th of September we can increase the class sizes up to 15 students or more if the guidelines change. Although this is not ideal we were desperate to get the club reopened. The new guidelines may still restrict us to 1 class per week with more class numbers.
We have contacted any student whose name was pulled out and these have accepted an allocated time slot. Will contact more students as more places become available so if you haven’t heard from us by now it may take another week to fit you in. Please do not come to class until you have been notified.
We can only apologise for the late information but as you can understand we are in a strange time and have tried our best to accommodate everyone. This will be reviewed on a weekly basis and we will come up plan to get everyone back to some sort of training.
To all the new member enquires we haven’t forgotten about you and as soon as places become available we will fit you in also.
I have sent this information out to all formats of contact details that I have for students so you may receive it more than once. May I ask anyone who doesn’t have the club number saved in their phone please email me and I will send it on to you now and download WhatsApp as this is our preferred method of contact with students, as I understand some people have missed the messages. Also can I remind you to check the website www.tai.ie in case you have missed any information. ( No. Ending ****5955)

Thank You
