Hello, Dear Ones 🙏

I've spent the last 40 days posting informal messages about health with higher consciousness...

I was really living in the moment and the posts often just spontaneously came up from what was happening in my heart, head and around me.

Some of the posts were in response to requests friends had made or questions posed during that day or the day before.

Those were some of my most inspired posts because there were real people behind them, and the sense of being truly helpful is an incredible reward!

Being in service is one of the ways we feel true joy and peace. And I work for peace.

So I thought; what makes the most sense for me now is to ask. How can I help?

Let me tell you that today I sought out help from 3 people regarding my happiness and well-being.

I only want to turn that right around and be available to give a supportive perspective to help you in your journey to peace, health & happiness.

Now, I can only stay within my scope of practice as a health coach, but all your questions will be answered to the best of my ability within my ability. What I cannot answer directly, I will point you towards someone who can.

Questions about health in regards to lifestyle, nutrition, mindset, yoga, self-confidence, skin health, sleep health, supplements, dietary plans, weight loss, emotional balancing, blood sugar maintenance, food intolerances, meditation, recipes, fasting, meditation and general natural well-being I am here to respond to with a perspective that is integral.
