I finally have a set date and have a new location! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ My next 6 week challenge starts on the 21st of January!!! And I will be back to the old stomping ground SWORDS! โค๏ธ

The classes are 1 hour long in a private classroom. 3 classes a week for 6 weeks. 18 classes altogether!
Mondayโ€™s, Wednesdays & Fridays at 8.15pm. Women only (sorry๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿšซ) ๐Ÿคญ

Measurements, weight, before and after pictures, diet plan, shopping list, home workouts, motivation, WhatsApp group, 24 hour advice, how to track food (optional) ALL INCLUDED!!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

I can push and guide you through every class and help and advise you in making an actual lifestyle change but there is also homework to be done! If you donโ€™t do your homework the results are minimal and thatโ€™s just the reality! But if you do... You will most definitely make a lot of progress like these girls above ๐Ÿคฉ

No human is ALWAYS motivated... it's called DISCIPLINE.

6 weeks is not a long time but it's enough time to kickstart your journey๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜‰You get exactly what you put into it!! If you make positive better changes the pay off is always worth it! The harder you work, the better the results... it's up to you!

So my journey in Fbt is coming to an end๐Ÿ™
Am going to miss all my gym fam and clients so much but change is good and I'm so excited to move onto a new adventure๐Ÿ˜

Since I haven't and will not be able to take on any new clients for transformation packages.. For any new or past clients I will be doing pay as you go PT sessions for just โ‚ฌ20 per hour!!!!! (usually โ‚ฌ35) ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Don't let Christmas ruin all your hard earned progress.. If you are going to eat all the food and drink all the drink.. at least keep your training on track somewhatโ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚

If you are looking for a programme to do by yourself in the gym, or just to get a few good hard training sessions in before Christmas I am now taking bookings for the the next 2 weeks up until the 16th of December only ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ It will be a first come first serve basis and there are limited slots available! ๐Ÿ’•

Anyone asking for the protein pancake recipe๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿฝ Had this post workout, loads of protein and some good carbs ๐Ÿ˜

๐Ÿฅž 1 large ripe banana
๐Ÿฅž1 scoop of whey protein
๐Ÿฅž 2 egg whites
๐Ÿฅž Dash of cinnamon
Mix and mash together and onto the pan with fry light or coconut oil! Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

So many people text me about this on Snapchat lastnight ๐Ÿ˜‚

Healthy food isn't boring whatsoever, I love food so I find it easy to use my imagination when cooking ๐Ÿคฃ but just something as simple as this makes dieting so easy! I love some oats in the evening before bed. I dunno about you but I literally CRAVEEE something sweet after dinner ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ A bowl of porridge may seem a lot of food to eat before bed but this was only 30g and had less than 300 calories of good nutritious food. If I didn't eat this I probably would have eating at least 3 biscuits or something which would have added upto the same amount of calories (if not more), lasted 0.5 seconds and be full of sugar. . Peanut butter would have been nice also! ๐Ÿ˜Š

โ–ช๏ธ30g oats
โ–ช๏ธ200ml almond milk
โ–ช๏ธHalf a banana fried in fry light
โ–ช๏ธ10g 85% Dark chocolate
โ–ช๏ธSprinkle of cinnamon

Active recovery Sundays are the best ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿฝ I usually train on Sundays cos no days off and all that๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ No I do take a day or 2 rest but I usually have a cheat meal Saturday night and feel better if I train the day after a big meal and put all the food to good use so I don't feel like ๐Ÿคฐ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿณ But took the last 2 Sundays off work and gym altogether and it felt great getting out of the whole gym environment I spend over 30 hours a week in! Coffee, long walks and fresh air makes you feel so good๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿค—

Is it just me or does anyone else look forward to a big bowl of oats and next of all... 2.5 seconds later the bowl (or Tupperware) is empty?๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿคฃ
OR, if you are just not a fan of porridge (lots of my clients will not even touch a single oat) so this one is for you!!! ๐Ÿ˜‰โ˜บ๏ธ

So I thought I would try make my usual oats but just make them a different way with the same ingredients. I was surprised it made 5 nice size muffins and I actually couldn't finish them all๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‚

Sometimes you have to trick your mind into thinking your eating more! For example.. if I had oats and fruit blended into a smoothie I wouldn't feel as full as if I had eaten them, as it takes less time to consume and I didn't physically have to chew anything if that makes sense๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜

Also these are very handy for my 5am starts to eat in the car๐Ÿš™ otherwise I would be one HANGRY woman and we don't want that๐Ÿ˜ˆ SOOO Anywayssss...

Ingredients! ๐Ÿฅ„
๐Ÿ”˜50g oats
๐Ÿ”˜About 150-200ml almond milk (you don't want a watery consistency)
๐Ÿ”˜1 banana ๐ŸŒ
๐Ÿ”˜Half scoop of chocolate protein ๐Ÿซ
๐Ÿ”˜Handful of raspberries
๐Ÿ”˜Handful of blueberries
๐Ÿ”˜Squirt of my protein zero calorie maple syrup ๐Ÿฏ
๐Ÿ”˜Half teaspoon of baking powder
๐Ÿ”˜ Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
And then I topped with some nuts ๐Ÿฅœ

Mix everything together and pop into muffin tins sprayed with fry light. The cooking time is essential as you don't want them really dry.. mine were still a bit moist๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ (ew that word๐Ÿ˜–) so about 15 mins in a preheated oven at 180 did the trick ๐Ÿ™ƒ
Try them and enjoy!

I love this quote. I can and I'm sure a lot of other people can relate to this a lot!

People always say "how do you stay so motivated all the time, your always training" the answer is... I DONT. I wish I was so motivated all the time!
Some days I absolutely hate training and I dread it! (This is why I prefer to train in the morning to get it done and out of the way)

When your full time job is in a gym the last place you wanna spend another hour in is.. the gym ๐Ÿ˜‚ BUT its gotta be done! I would be a lot less happy in myself if I didn't train. I know it's good for my body and mind weather I want to do it at that moment in time or not I always thank myself after for pushing through. Since I started training and eating properly and not drinking as much I'm convinced it's the reason my anxiety is at least 50% less than it used to be.

Even when I didn't work in the gym I never had to ask myself "will I go to the gym tomorrow?" because it was HABIT. I didn't have to even think or contemplate about it, i just set my alarm and packed my bag every night.
1 hour... 3-5 days a week isn't going to kill you.. make time.. make it a habit.. a lifestyle.. and once you start seeing and feeling those benefits you won't ever wanna stop ๐Ÿ˜Š
