2017 was a good year for me , it didn't start off that way and I genuinely didn't think it would ever get better but it did.. it hasn't been a perfect year (me and my need for perfection 🤦🏾♀️) I have had a million ups and downs along the way. But i have learned some amazing lessons ... 1. I am actually such a strong resilient person who has the most amazing friends and family. 2. Nothing really matters other than Zac and his well being (like nothing) 3. Some people are sh*tbags( but i am so good at filtering those idiots quick sharp) 3. I am a go getter and not a settler (no room for settling) but ya know what 2018 I can feel it in my bones you are gonna be EVEN BETTER 💓 #2018

So yesterday I felt like absolute 💩💩 actually I have felt like that in general for a good while ... but today boom I feel ok in myself. I'm not where I wanna be for sure but i can see changes today, changes that must have been there yesterday because they miraculously didn't juat appear... 🤣 But for some reason ,so my friends tell me i have broken eyes 🤣👀👀👀 anyway reason for my post is the mind can be an awful thing at times mine can be an absolute diva ! But today its calm and accepting of my body and how it is,where its going and what it can do... this could change tomorrow I'm a women lol but for today I'm ***y

Well now how did that happen. 🙈 my little aul insta page started as just a little fun I was actually Instagram phobic for ages,my page was private as i was so scared to make it public for a number of reasons. 1 . being I share a lot about Zac and i wanna protect him 2. sure who would wanna be looking at my random outings, food, shenanigans. A friend pushed me to , he encouraged me to share my food , life and training he reckoned people would be really interested. So i took the leap made it public ,then made it private and then made it public again 🤦🏾♀️ . I chose to keep most of my life private but i share what i can and feel is acceptable for social media. There are pros and cons ,sometimes social media can take over and you just don't live in the moment . we are all guilty of it! But there are so many positives too. I've made some amazing friends through it that I know will be friends forever, I've learned from other people's pages,took advice and tips that help me in my life and work and training. So for that i am grateful. That is way more important that any number of followers which in reality is insignificant.
