💥Look beyond the barbell for for progress💥
Progress isn’t always about going heavier, harder and faster for the majority of the population.
Progress to us is found through doing things that get you closer and align with your goal on a daily/ consistent basis.
Progress is going to look different to everyone, for some it could be to have more energy during the working day, try new food sources, to help manage stress.

Is your fitness setting you up for long term success?
Does your fitness program align with your lifestyle and does it honour the recovery process🏋🏻♀️🚴🏻🧘🏻 which is crucial for long term fitness/ health and results?
Whatever it is you’re doing with fitness today, make sure it is laying the foundations for tomorrow, so you can do what’s really important to you efficiently and perform to your highest standards.
Training in block time periods like x amount of weeks or days, isn’t going to create the response that’s needed for long term success. You need consistency for that.
The long term goal today and always here is health and longevity, it doesn’t so much matter what your body fat % is when your 65 years old.
What matters is the foundations that your laying today are strong enough to build on for long term success.

Primalx Fitness is delighted to announce the launch of our Competition Training Club.
Competition Training Club is open to anyone who wants to try their strengths at an amature sporting competitions such as:
charity runs (5km, 10km, half marathon or a full marathon)
Hell & Back, Tough Mudder etc.
multi discipline events such as mini triathlon or a triathlon
crossfit competitions
Whether you want to prepare to complete or challenge yourself to place as high as possible we can help.
Everyone will get their own training and nutrition programme depending on their needs and the competition they are training for. There will be team building training sessions on and off gym grounds and individual check-ins to track the progress.
Would you like to be part of something different; a part of a community of like minded people who will support you in your efforts, a part of a programme where you can achieve a very special goal?
At the Competition Training Club we don't obsess about weighing scales and weight loss. We train and eat to improve the fitness skills, strength and endurance to complete the sporting event you've always dreamt of.

Have you ever fallen off the wagon and never got back on it?
Isn't it a shame that one holiday, one night out, one weekend is enough to give up on your goals and all the hard work you've done...
With weight loss, 'all or nothing' attitude is one of the biggest barriers to achieving your goals.
So before you start worrying about diets, training routines and forming good habits, get your ATTITUDE right.
Here are a few 'good attitude' reminders:
💁One day off the wagon will make no impact on your weight loss efforts but giving up completely will most certainly do.
💁Expect set backs, prepare for them, deal with them and move on.
💁Focus on an effective solution to your problem. Cancelling a gym membership is hardly a solution to a 'bold' party weekend.
💁Enjoy the process! Weight loss is not all about training and diets. You are allowed to go on holidays, to party and to have the food and drinks you enjoy.
Simply ask your coach to create a plan that will work with your lifestyle and preferences. Tailored plans work the best.

'I have been training in PrimalX for the past two years and have lost over 20kg . When I initially joined the gym my goal was weight loss but over time my focus has changed from weight loss to gaining muscle and I have been hitting my goals regularly with help from the lads.'
