This April, as we settle into Spring, myself and will be hosting our 9th yoga and food retreat. With the theme of we will work on truly making space for new energy, clearing the cobwebs gathered during winter hibernation. With the time to reflect behind us, we will move forward flowing through sequences to wring out and massage the digestive system for a thorough spring cleaning. Meditation space will be held with the intention of creating steadiness and presence to consciously prepare to renew. Not only will you experience an elevated and mindful connection to all that is important to you, but in the process, be nourished by delicious food prepared with love, surrounded by warm, kind energy. (R E) T R E A T Y O β S E L F βοΈππ§πΌββοΈ Molly here ππ» As always I come home from my retreat in Crete feeling refreshed, grateful and inspired. There really is no better feeling than being surrounded by like-minded, bad-ass people. In reality we are all like-minded in that all we really want as humans is to be happy. This retreat I have created will run for the 6th time this October and what I have realised that people experience happiness at its most basic level - they simply have the time, that their usual schedule denies them, to connect with the basic joys of life. Nature. The sound of the sea. The warm touch of the rising sun. Flavour. The thrill of getting to know someone new. Letting go. Freedom to chose. Space to experience fully. Time to breath deeply. This retreat is a gift. One which I plan to keep on giving, giving, giving. -
