Very excited to hear the news today on the airways!! We got the OK to return to training outdoors in pods of 15!! Whoa!!!!
We CANNOT wait to get outdoors and get working on our SUMMER BODS!!!
Date to return is currently scheduled for May 10th, so watch this space on how to grab yourself a space :)

It won't be long before we are back again outdoors burping and squating!!
In the meantime, if this time off has gotten the better of you, why not join our online classes Mon, Weds and Friday mornings at 10:30am. They will get your Bootcamp body turn on again, giving you some strenght and conditioning and some cardio options for those who want them. They are for all fitness levels and will include modifications and progressions throughout.

What a sad weekend for the familly & friends of Des Fitzgerald, a former Bootcamp Ireland Instructor who put smiles on so many of our members faces in years gone by, from the Activity weekend in Ennistymon to mountain challanges.
Des you were a gentleman and will be sadly missed by so many. RIP

We are the Original Bootcamp, and a lot more including; activity trips, nutrition workshops, running sessions, mountain sessions, team building, ski and surf trips and lots lots more.
