Nine years ago I posted that.
Miserable.
Eating plain chicken and broccoli.
Watching everyone else enjoy their lives while I suffered through another “clean eating” week.
That was my approach to weight loss for years.
All or nothing. Suffer until you snap. Binge. Repeat.
I thought the more miserable the diet, the better the results.
I was wrong.
Eating “clean” didn’t teach me anything about food.
It just made me obsessive, resentful and one burger away from throwing the whole thing out.
The 60kg I eventually lost didn’t come from restriction and misery.
It came from understanding how food actually works. Knowing my numbers. Building a structure that survived real life.
No Tupperware.
No suffering.
No pretending I didn’t want to eat what everyone else was eating.
Just a system that worked with my life instead of against it.
If your current approach requires you to be miserable to work, it’s not a plan.
It’s a punishment.

June 8th.
1st availability in 3 months. 5 spots. That’s it.
Not a flash sale. Not a marketing tactic.
I cap my numbers because the people I work with get my actual attention, not a generic plan & a check-in once a week.
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines waiting for the right time, this is it.
DM me “JUNE” before they’re gone.

3 things you need to hear for thd week ahead:
You’re not supposed to be starving yourself.
1200 calories is for toddlers, not grown men with jobs & responsibilities.
Random hunger isn’t weakness.
Some days your body needs more fuel.
That’s biology, not failure.
You’re probably dehydrated.
Most people are. Drink more water.
It’s the simplest thing you can do this week that’ll actually make a difference.
Stop overcomplicating it.
Eat enough. Stay hydrated. Move consistently.
That’s the foundation everything else is built on.

Things coaches who were never overweight will never understand:
What it feels like to avoid mirrors because you hate what’s staring back.
How every meal out feels like sabotage when you don’t know the system.
The shame of buying bigger clothes while pretending nothing’s wrong.
The fear that even if you lose the weight, you won’t keep it off.
I lost 60kg because I lived all of this.
I know what it’s like to feel invisible in spaces where the visual is everything.
I know the mental loop of “I’ll start Monday” turning into years of inaction.
I know the anxiety of summer approaching and realizing you’re not ready, AGAIN!
Most coaches sell you a plan they’ve never had to live by themselves.
I’m not here to motivate you with quotes or sell you on fake positivity.
I’m here because I’ve been exactly where you are.
And I know what it actually takes to get out.

Motivation won’t move the bar.
You spend all week managing complexity.
Solving problems.
Hitting deadlines.
Then the weekend arrives and your health defaults to chaos.
You tell yourself you’re too tired to train.
You blame the schedule, the commute, the social calendar.
That’s a choice.
The men who actually transform their bodies stop treating fitness like an optional hobby.
They build a system.
They execute the plan.
They don’t negotiate with a busy week.
You already know how to be disciplined.
You do it every day at work.
You’re just not applying it to the one thing that’s costing you confidence, energy & presence.
Stop waiting for motivation. Start building structure.

The hardest part of losing 60kg wasn’t the 1st workout.
It was the 1st walk from the changing room to the gym floor.
As a gay man, the gym isn’t just a place to sweat.
It’s a stage.
You feel the scanning eyes. You see the guys who look like they’ve never struggled a day in their lives.
You feel like a imposter in a space built for “perfection”
I spent years avoiding the gym because of that specific brand of shame.
I thought I had to be fit just to start being fit.
I thought everyone was watching me fail.
Heres the truth: Most people arent watching you.
They are too busy obsessing over their own reflection.
And even IF someone is watching, their opinion doesn’t pay your bills or fix your health so f**k them.
I didnt lose the weight by “fitting in”
I lost it by deciding that my life was more important than anyones glance.
I stopped being a spectator in a community that values the “after” photo.
I started being the man who did the work even when it was uncomfortable.
The gym doesn’t belong to the “fit” guys.
It belongs to the man who shows up even when he feels like he doesn’t belong.

Being the “big guy” on the scene is a specific kind of exhausting.
You spend your energy trying to be small.
You pick the seat in the corner.
You wear the layers even when it’s warm.
You hope that if you don’t acknowledge your body,
nobody else will either.
I lived that for years.
60kg of armor that I didn’t know how to take off.
I thought I was just “the funny one.”
I thought fitness was for other people; the guys who were born lean and stayed that way.
Honestly, the “perfect” bodies you see aren’t the standard.
They are the EXCEPTION.
But your health isn’t about fitting a stereotype .
It’s about ending the war with the mirror.
I didn’t lose 60kg to get attention.
I lost it to stop feeling like an imposter in my own life.
Once I stopped waiting for permission to change, the “impossible” became a checklist.
You don’t need to be perfect to start.
You just need to be done with hiding.

I haven’t posted since February 16th because I’m tired of the noise.
The fitness world is a circus.
Dancing for views.
Fake smiles.
“Live your best life” captions.
It’s all bu****it.
I lost 60kg.
I didn’t do it with a “positive mindset” or a “fitness journey.”
I did it because I was dying and I had no choice but to build a system that worked.
I’ve coached 100+ men.
The ones who succeed aren’t the ones who “want it the most.”
They are the ones who stop negotiating with themselves.
I’m done with the influencer nonsense.
From now on, this page is about the raw math of results.
No bull. No filters. Just the structure.

You wear oversized linen and dark colors for a reason.
It isn’t style. It’s a cloaking device.
You’ve spent all winter hiding the gut behind layers.
Summer is coming to strip that armor away.
You can’t negotiate with the sun.
You can’t out-angle a beach chair.
The panic you feel when the pool party invite arrives?
That’s your body telling you you’ve been negligent.
Stop buying bigger clothes.
Build a body that doesn’t need a costume.
DM me “SYSTEM” if you’re ready.
