Hi everyone. I've been out of action on social media the last few months finsihed up with my senior group for the summer and been focusing mostly on my chair and restorative training and trips away in my campervan.
When I first started my teacher training during the lockdown in 2020 I would have thought by now I'd have done some training in person with experienced teachers but that still hasn't happened yet although classes have been brilliant for me :)

I hope to continue with 1 online weekly class in September and at some point to get a space in my local area but I'm not rushing into anything🧘‍♀️.
Thank you for liking my page and sending all the lovely good wishes ect to me at the beginning I'm really enjoying this journey so far and taking it all slowly learning as I go including my own yoga practice.

Hi all, it's been a few weeks since I've done any public classes. I've been away making the most of this lovely weather and been working with a lovely group of students for some gentle chair yoga. I've also been going to pilates classes with Yoga with Cat and it's really helping me on my running/jogging journey would highly recommend for any fellow runners out there!
Anyway this week I'll be on zoom at 6.30pm on Thursday evening for a flow class.

Delighted to be teaming up with my very own yoga teacher Yoga with Cat on June 20th ,we have a lovely outdoor class planned with yoga and live music over in the gardens of Ballyfermot Community Civic Centre and we even have a shelter if it does happen to rain!
