I tried vegan for a few months a couple of years back but could not stick to it because I love eggs too much.😋
Did you know A whole egg contains all the nutrients required to turn a single cell into a baby chicken.🤯
A good source of protein and Vit D from my eggs this morning.
Spinach is a good source of Vit C,Iron, magnesium and dietary Fibre.
Avocado lots or healthy fats,protein, fibre and Vit C.
