🧡💙 WE’RE DANCING FOR JACK & JILL! 💙🧡

We’re so excited to announce that EmBrace Dance Academy is teaming up with the Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation and Today FM for a very special fundraising campaign! 💃🕺

Our dancers are getting ready for a week of fun, dancing, challenges and lots of ORANGE & BLUE! 🧡💙

🌟 And we need your help! 🌟

We’re asking each of our EmBrace dancers to get behind this amazing cause and help raise €20 (or more!) in sponsorship.

Every donation helps the Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation provide vital in-home nursing care, respite and end-of-life support to children with complex medical needs and their families. ❤️

📲 Donations can be made easily using the QR code on our fundraising materials — donations go directly to our Jack & Jill fundraising page.

Join us for a **FREE** Adult class on Friday 11th September from 7-8pm.

This is a different kind of Adult class - circuit based exercise and dance class rolled into one - super fun, perfect for beginners and you'll actually enjoy it!

You'll laugh, you'll sweat and you'll wonder why you didn't try this before!

DanceFit Moove & Groove is a fun, feel-good dance + fitness class using your favourite hits, with easy-to-follow movements, cardio and circuit-style exercises.

You don't need to be a dancer.

🚨 TWO HOURS OF DANCE FOR JUST €15?! 🚨

If your child loves the dancing they see in music videos, movies, concerts and on stage, they’ll LOVE this! 🎬🎶

Introducing DOUBLE DANCE TUESDAYS at EmBrace Dance Academy!
✨ 5–6pm — Contemporary
✨ 6–7pm — Lyrical

Contemporary and lyrical are expressive, dynamic styles you’ll see throughout music videos, movies, live performances and commercial dance.
Contemporary helps dancers develop strength, musicality, flexibility, control and dynamic movement.
Lyrical combines ballet, jazz and contemporary movement with storytelling and emotion — perfect for dancers who love to really perform.
And doing both? 💃
It gives dancers the chance to build a wider range of skills while gaining confidence, technique and performance experience.

💙 2 STYLES. 2 HOURS. €15.
Perfect for dancers who want to learn more, perform more and dance more!

Performance opportunities, theatre trips, optional competitions.
