Club Notes! 📰

Plenty to celebrate last weekend! Firstly, well done to our Juvenile athletes Elliot Hughes, Seb O'Neill and Eoin McEntee who represented the club at the Wexford Juvenile XC Championships. We also had Lindsey Wallace, Rachel O'Shea and Dean Glennon run in the Wexford XC Novice Race. 👏

In Dublin, Natasha Kinsella ran the Half Marathon at the Lifestyle Sports Fastlane event with Sinead Kelly running the 10K race. 👏

Out west, Laura Kearns completed the Galway Bay Half Marathon. 👏

And our Dublin Marathon Group completed the longest run of their training block. 👏

Our Table Quiz and Raffle Night takes place next Friday in the Loch Garman Arms Hotel! Tickets available through the link on the page.

And finally, we're delighted to be hosting our first ever official race event with the Gorey AC 5K Santa Dash in Gorey Town on Sunday, 6 December. Tickets available now! 🎅

On the good days. And the hard ones. You belong here. 💙 🤍

This World Mental Health Day, a reminder from all of us at Gorey AC: you don’t need to have it all together to be part of our club.

Some days it’s about the run. Some days it’s about the company. Some days you need a rest. Your place here doesn’t change.

Check in with yourself. Check in with each other. A simple “How are you, really?” can mean a lot.

Everyone Belongs Here. 💙🩷
