Let us help you to start, encourage and improve your jog/run.

Teenage Basketball continues this evening 7-8pm at Grange Sports Complex - bring bibs! All Secondary School Teenagers welcome. Cost is (total amount up to Xmas) €5 if you are a member of the sports complex and €15 for non members and you get a bib too. Grange Post Primary School Summerhill College Magh Ene College

Also just to note that ladies basketball follows this from 8pm-9pm and we are always looking for new members - great fun, all levels welcome!
