Loving Pilates is where it starts. Learning to teach it well is what we specialise in.
At balance education, we develop competent, confident teachers who understand the method, can adapt to different abilities and know how to lead a room. Our training brings together practical anatomy, thoughtful class planning and plenty of teaching practice, with personal guidance and constructive feedback throughout.

Our next intake begins in Bray in February 2027, with the Reformer pathway beginning in April. Small cohorts, dedicated Open Studio days and access to our online learning platform support you beyond the training weekends, giving you time to practise, ask questions and develop your teaching skills.
