๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช๐ŸEXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL SPARTANS PLAYERS UNDER 16!

๐Ÿ *Other Non National players: โ‚ฌ50* โ€“ includes all 7 training sessions (T-shirt and tournament participation not included).

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your game and potentially get noticed by Irish coaching staff for future underage international opportunities!

D2 WOMENS LEAGUE Spartans 0 - 3 IVI Vixensโšก๏ธ

โ€‹Going toe-to-toe with the league favourites is never easy, but our Kilkenny Spartans brought incredible energy and heart to the court!

โ€‹We came out firing in the first set, pushing them all the way to a nail-biting 20/25 finish. Unfortunately, as the Vixens caught their stride, they managed to pick up momentum and took the second (11/25) and third (12/25) sets.

โ€‹A tough final score of 0-3 against a top-tier side, but there were so many moments of brilliance to build on. Proud of the fight, the teamwork, and the passion shown out there today.
Heads up, Spartans: we keep growing from here! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ

WHAT A COMEBACK! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Down 0-2 and with our backs against the wall, the Kilkenny Spartans fought all the way back to take a thrilling 3-2 victory against Impact Macroom in a Menโ€™s Division 2 classic!

After dropping the first two tightly contested sets (22-25, 20-25), Spartans dug deep, refusing to give up, finding their rhythm to level the match (25-21, 25-20) and forced a high-stakes 5th set tiebreaker!

In the final set, every single point was a dogfight, culminating in an unbelievable rally for match point:
* Relentless defense: Great digs and scramble plays kept the ball alive under massive pressure.
* Crucial blocks: Solid net presence forced tough hits from Impact Macroom.
* The Winner: A monster swing line-down from the outside pin sealed it 15-13 in the 5th set!

Massive respect to Impact Macroom for an incredible fight on the court. Thank you to all the fans who cheered us on! ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธโš”๏ธ

Final Score:
Kilkenny Spartans 3 - 2 Impact Macroom
Set Scores: (22-25, 20-25, 25-21, 25-20, 15-13)
