Killarney’s Legacy Elite cheerleaders attended the Jamfest cheerleading championships in Scotland competing against cheerleaders from all over the Uk, Northern Ireland and Finland.
They competed in two divisions and took home a first and two second place titles.
Head coach Hayley Murphy is thrilled with the athletes’ hard work and achievements.
“We had a wonderful visit from Mayor of Killarney, Martin Grady, (pictured) to congratulate our athletes on their achievements,” she said,
The athletes are currently preparing for another competition in Galway taking place this weekend.
Selected members are preparing for the national Tram Ireland selection due to take place in July in Dublin .

Legacy Elite cheerleaders attended the Celtic Spirit championships in Galway taking first and second in the team division, and another four first place titles in the solo and duo divisions.
