Little did any of us know that this would sadly be my last photo of Mickey Farrell, the opening stage of the 1996 Circuit of Munster Rally. He would retire early that day and later that week he would say his final farewell.

He was a character and his exploits in the Sierra and Legacy have firmly kept him in our minds always.
