Consultation

You will be required to do a consultation with me via zoom facetime or Microsoft teams, this will determine your needs & abilities. Training

You will receive a specialist training program tailored & designed specifically to reach your goal. This will be done in an easy-to-understand way via Microsoft word it will be then emailed to you to either print or save to a device you can wor

k with. I will take into consideration any exercises you are not comfortable doing but I will expect this plan to be followed religiously as a lot of effort will be going into it & you. I will know by the results. Nutrition

You will receive a nutrition plan specifically to what you are looking to achieve. Don’t worry as this won’t be as dense as you may expect, the plan will run in a way that once I’m happy that the macronutrients targets are hit & you’re within 100 calories of your target I set out the food choice is then flexible. You will receive a range of foods & meals that will be optimal for you. *not a nutritionist but exceedingly educated in nutrition*

Progress monitoring, management & calorie tracking. All progress monitoring will be done with scales measurements & once I am happy with your condition, we can then move on to body fat. Calorie tracking & check ins will be done online, or in person. I will set up my fitness pal account for you with in doing so you will have your calorie & macro nutrient targets right there in front of you. I will be checking these twice weekly to insure you are meeting targets & I will be spending a considerable amount of time demonstrating & explaining how you log your foods & exercise on this app, please note when operated correctly & to the standard I will show you this app is the most accurate way to track your intake.

24-hour support. You will receive 24hr support via WhatsApp for anything at all, any questions you have or any issues or even if it is just a chat to talk about how you have been finding the plan, I will always be available & will be only pleasured to go through whatever it may be or if you need an extra contact point you just drop me a message saying so. Finally, I can assure you that with the tools training & nutrition you will receive, the body you are seeking will be achieved. But remember you will need to do what is set out to you to achieve this; you will have your program on a plate all you need to do is adhere to it. Monday-

Monday really is the most important day of the week.

For me it consisted of CrossFit & a swim in the lake.

It is very easy to let the weekend slump roll in to Monday, whatever you do just make sure you get some sort of exercise in.

Don’t start your week on the back foot.
