Our Leaving Cert Art students recently visited the National Gallery of Ireland with teacher Tom Shortt - and what an experience it was. ✨

From exploring ancient artefacts such as the Clones Dress Fastener and Bronze Age cist graves to stepping into Pablo Picasso's world through the Picasso From the Studio exhibition, students had the opportunity to connect with art in ways that extend beyond the classroom.

Seeing Picasso’s work up close gave a real sense of his energy, creativity, and process - something that simply can’t be captured in books or on screens! 🎨

Experiences like this are invaluable for our students, bringing their studies to life and deepening their understanding of art and design.
