I loved teaching this class as much as the Moms loved it (swipe to see what they have to say) so I’m going to do 3 classes over the last wkd of January, St Brigid’s wkd & the first bank holiday wkd of the year❤️.
Spaces are filling up from previous Moms already so don’t delay in booking if there is a certain day you would prefer.

🌸 Postnatal Mom & Baby Classes – November Bookings Now Open!
My next 5-week block starts Wednesday, November 12th 💕
Classes are small and supportive for both you and your baby — a few spots are already gone, so grab yours soon.
Gentle yoga, mobility, and Pilates-with functional strength work to help you rebuild confidence, reconnect with your core, and feel stronger week by week. Move at your own pace and enjoy some well-deserved time for you.
🕚 Wednesdays 11am–12pm (Nov 12–Dec 10)
📍 Castleconnell Campsite Cabin, Co. Limerick
☕ Stay for tea, coffee & chats after class — it’s a lovely way to connect with other Moms.

Sometimes babies cry, sometimes they roll around on the mat beside their Moms doing their own exercises 😊and sometimes they sleep 😴 soundly. All babies are welcome 🤗🥰.

Booking is now open on my website for September classes starting next Friday the 5th of Sept. The current programme block is running for 4 weeks.
Classes are small for the comfort of you & your baby so space’s are limited and some places have already been booked due to enquiries over the summer.
Classes are suitable for Moms ideally 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post c-section with sign off from your doctor to return to exercise. However you can be from 6 weeks to 10mths postnatal to join with baby.
❤️Starting Friday 5th of Sept 10:30am for 4 weeks until Friday 26th of Sept.
❤️ If you book now, you have instant access to the online exercise videos and can download all the nutritional advice and recipes to give yourself a head start.

❤️ Current Programme: Fridays
🧘Class Time- 10.30am to 11.30pm
☕️ Teas & Coffee until 12:15ish.
🗺️ LOCATION - Castleconnell Campsite Cabin, Co. Limerick (with plenty of parking)
🧘♂️ 💪 Classes are a mixture of yoga for reconnecting & releasing tension in your muscles & strength and pilates exercises to help you feel stronger & more confident in your core & body.
The classes progress as the weeks go on but you always go at your own pace.

I have 4 Mom & baby mats left for my next 4 week programme starting on Wednesday 4th of June at 11am. This is the last round before we finish up for the summer months.

Classes are suitable for Moms ideally 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post c-section with sign off from your doctor to return to exercise. However you can be from 6 weeks to 10mths (or crawling stage:) postnatal to join with baby.
If you book now, you have instant access to the online exercise videos and can download all the nutritional advice and recipes to give yourself a head start 😉. But no pressure, you also have access to these after the classes end.
