Time to update my pinned posts!!!

Love this infographic outlining how to embrace change. "Anchor in Purpose" is speaking loudly to me this week. Life's all too fast pace has me feeling a bit whiplashed recently... I think it's time for me to hit pause, revisit and re- evaluate "My Why".

Reflection, thought and clarity are key elements for embracing change. Of course action is important.... but take the time to ensure the actions you take are helping you to grow and move in the direction that is right for you!

January thoughts are often consumed with fresh starts, lifestyle goals & the new year - new me mindset!  🤯🥴

Goals and challenges can be motivating and exciting but for long lasting change - '𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱, 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯! 🛑

Resist the January pressure to leap into challenges and give yourself the gift of time to plan through your goal.Use my tips below to help you!⁣ 📚

Consider "your why" - what is your motivation? 🤷🏼‍♀️

What support do you have to reach your goal? ⁣How will you support yourself? 🤔

How will you know you have achieved success? ⁣🎉

Accountability - have you shared your goal with anyone? ⁣What will keep you accountable? 🙈

Set yourself a timeframe to reach your goal ⌛

P.s You do not need to become a new version of yourself - you are wonderful exactly how you are! 😍 But if you choose to change - I'm sending you every best wish to embrace it! 🎉

I'm going to be honest this was a tough one!! IT and website design is not my forte. For months I had been planning on updating my website to include my new services of life and career coaching. I set myself a goal and what you may be surprised to hear is that I didn't reach it!! I know a coach struggling to reach a goal!!! 🤪

In the past I would probably have shrugged, told myself a statement like "there isn't enough time" etc etc and "promised" myself I'd get around to it another time. Coaching has helped me to challenge this way of thinking. I checked in with my coach, I reassigned my priorities and assessed how my actions were serving me. I set a new goal to have the website live (it may not be perfect!) by Thurs 13th of June. At 10:53pm I watched my website go live!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

And at 10:58pm I already need to fix typos!!!! But it's live and most importantly I'm showing up for my clients!
