Your orientation will begin at 10.30am at the University Concert Hall.

There are over 120 women's sheds dotted around the country providing a space where women of all ages and backgrounds meet regularly to share skills, learn from experts, do creative activities or simply have a cup of tea and a chat.

On the RTÉ Brainstorm podcast, UL's Dr Megan Vine spoke to Ronan Kelly about her research on women's sheds and the importance of these spaces for social connection and well-being.

UL Psychology has been building expertise in innovative methods for exploring social systems with networks and computational social science. The attached image of issue coordination among political party supporters in the US is an example that got lots of attention.
