Hard to believe today is our last swimming lesson for 2024. I would like to wish all our swimmers a wonderful Christmas holiday.

Our final lessons of the year are taking place this week in the Castletroy Park Hotel Pool.

Just spent the day up in the Sports Ireland Campus with some fabulous people getting to hear more about Physical Literacy.

Parents and past swimmers this is a great opportunity for anyone interested in starting off on the deck of a pool as an assistant swim teacher.
