Scrum for Axel

What a day yesterday was!! 🏈🏈We did it, we broke the world record for the worlds largest rugby scrum with 1,740 people. We would like to thank each and every one of you who came out to support us and be part of the scrum. A big shoutout to Thomond Community College who literally emptied the whole school and other schools involved from Limerick!! To everyone who was a steward/gate operator/camera man thank you so much, the record would not have been possible without ye. To EY Careers for the adjudication of the final number. To our sponsors Bobby Byrnes for the wristbands.To Order Of Malta Ireland - Ambulance Corps- Limerick for keeping everyone safe. To everyone in Limerick Institute of Technology - LIT especially the marketing department and all our lecturers who helped us in the last couple of months. Also a big thank you to Rhino Rugby Ireland for the rugby ball! A very special mention to Rosie Foley for coming along and for putting the ball into the scrum.Last but by no means least a massive thank you to Joy Neville and Johnny Lacey who had the very hard task of setting the scrum thank ye so much . 🏈🏈🏈
