We are a Fifth Year Mini Company from St. Mary's, Charleville. Our product is a fitness DVD for teenagers and adults with special needs. Our selling price is €15.
We will include dance, aerobics, strength training, warm-ups ,stretching and relaxation along with subtitles and upbeat fun music while you're working up a sweat in our Dvd. Our product is run by Sophie, Kelley, Róisin, Michelle and Sheila. Contact us at [email protected]
