The Altitude Gym

The Altitude Gym This is the only gym in Ireland that stimulates training at Altitude. You will also burn more body fat than a normal training session.

The room can be set to any Altitude level from sea level to 5000m the equivalent of 21% oxygen (which we breath everyday) down to 13% oxygen. By training in this environment a host of adaptations occur in the body which will improve ones fitness levels a lot quicker than normal training.
