Rowing Ireland is delighted to announce that registration is now open for Rise & Row, Rowing Ireland’s new indoor rowing programme, launching in Limerick on January 12th 💪

Perfect for beginners and anyone looking to boost their fitness, Rise & Row is a fun and structured 6-week programme focused on:
✅ Learning rowing technique
✅ Building confidence
✅ Developing overall fitness

Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:45–7:45am

Limerick Boat Club (PM)
Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:30–8:30pm

Both programmes commence on January 12th.

Good start to the new year 💪

✨ Rise & Row is Coming to Limerick – Expression of Interest Now Open! ✨

We’re excited to share that Rise & Row, Rowing Ireland’s new indoor rowing programme, is expanding to Limerick starting January 12th!

Whether you’re brand new to the erg or looking for a fun, structured way to build fitness, Rise & Row is a supportive 6-week programme designed to teach technique, build confidence, and help you improve your overall fitness in a friendly environment.

• Athlunkard Boat Club – Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:45–7:45am
• Limerick Boat Club – Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:30–8:30pm

Thanks to everyone who turned up to celebrate Athlunkard Boat Clubs Historical Photo Exhibition at The People's Museum in Pery square.
We will continue to collect photos to add to this and anyone who would like to add some can contact us here.
Your photos will be scanned and returned to you.
We are looking for any photos from the club including from Athlunkard Tennis Club, Cycling club, Choral Society, and any of the recent rowing events , Weddings and functions held in the club and any photos you think we might be interested in.
We plan to have a much larger exhibition at the Boat Club itself next summer and look forward to seeing you all there.
