Our annual virtual event Run / Walk 5km or 10km for Liam 2024 takes place from 4th-7th of April.
This annual event is to remember Liam, our beautiful little man who would have turned 10 in February. He is dearly missed & by his family Run for Liam 💙

We ask that all who participate could wear something blue 💙 in his memory and if possible donate to the link below:

Barbara's Bootcamp is back with a packed Class Timetable after a busy 2023!

To all my wonderful clients (fit friends!)....
Here goes, kids are back to school/college,
2024 has begun & Time to focus on our Exercise, Health & Fitness goals.
