37lbs (17kg) weight loss in only 5 months.
The mans an animal. Consistent day in day out. Trains his ass off, follows the plan and the results speak for themselves. And he’s only getting started here.
Follow the plan. Consistency always wins. Keep things simple, don’t over complicate it, do the basic stuff perfectly, Fix your food to suit you not what someone else is following and the results will come.
And obviously if you need a hand I’m the man 😄

Finishing off the weeks training with arms of course and that’s the week complete again.
My weeks starts Sunday with those bastard Legs and it’s all down hill from there 😂
But really it’s all going to plan.
Every workout is getting better, more creative and keeping it interesting.
Week by week setting out the plan and ticking it off as I go. It’s crazy how much it helps to write down what you are going to do for the day or week and go do it.
Those small steps daily and weekly really really do lead to the big ones you’ve set out.
Basically and politely shut up and do it 😄

2nd bastard leg session of the week...
Train Legs on Sunday they said, get it out of the way they said, you’ll be grand they said.. now I’m broken on Monday 😩♿️😷
Its always always rewarding afterwards if you man/woman up and go all out on legs.
Your either doing them 100% or not at all, there’s no half arsing them I’ll tell ya!
The rule of thumb training lower body is short shorts and long sleeves too just so you know 👌🏻
And now today’s chest so it’s all worked out perfectly 🙌🏻

That’s 11 months of hard hard work right there💥
Number 1 she’s stronger legs than me...
Number 2 she’s one of the most dedicated people I’ve trained.
She knew it was going be a slow process but clearly she stuck to the plan, trusted it and herself, learned along the way and shocked even myself.

Another solid week ticked off the list ✅
Don’t be overthinking or trying to rush this process. If it’s weight loss or weight gain or whatever it is your aiming for let it happen.
Win every day, win every week and before you know it you’ll be closer and closer to it.
Trust what you are doing, don’t be fooling yourself.. if it needs to improve change something, and if it’s not broken then don’t fix it.
It’s a really good personal challenge to set for yourself. Your doing it for you, not for anyone else so do yourself a favor and give as much as you possibly can.
And if you need a hand along the way, I’m the man to help 💪🏻

💥 20kg WEIGHT LOSS 💥
It’s one thing changing yourself, but it’s a totally different thing changing someone else and helping them get to a goal they set out to hit.
Chris had this goal in mind and he got there. A few bumps along the way but still got there.
He knows it won’t happen over night, he knows it takes time and he took the initiative himself to motivate himself when needed.
If it was that easy and quick to get into shape then everyone would be walking around topless and the likes of me wouldn’t have a job 😄
This isn’t easy, as much as it’s made out, I’m sorry it’s not.
You either want to loose weight and will stick to it no matter what give your all and get it done, or you’ll give up, moan and complain that it’s not working and stop.
I’ve seen it all and heard every excuse there is! But ultimately it comes down to how much you really want it for you... and Chris has shown it’s clearly possible to do.
