Establishing viable beehives throughout Limerick city The group will engage with established beekeepers to undertake training and workshops in beekeeping.

Softday in collaboration with the Limerick City Gallery of Art, are working on a new project inspired by their scientific and creative findings during the Amhran na mBeach (Song of the Bees). Working with new participants and data around pollination and bees they have initiated a dialogue with the city of Limerick and its citizens to explore the potential of beekeeping in the city

great honey harvest yesterday. Honey from three different Limerick Urban Beekeeping sites: The Learning Hub, The Hunt Museum and the Limerick School of Art apiaries. Good to see so many people helping out and enjoying the work.
