How many times have you googled “how to lose weight fast?” Or “quickest way to lose belly fat?”
How many times have you wasted buying supplements and snake oils that promised the world and didn’t deliver?
How many diets have you spent time, energy and even money on that either didn’t work, or worked for a while and then you were back to square one (pssst…they didn’t work either!)
You tell yourself you’ve “tried everything” and “nothing works” but you still want to try and eat minuscule calories and go mad on the weekends 🧐
A lot of my clients tell me things “can’t be this simple” but in reality it is. It’s not EASY but it is SIMPLE.

✨ The only thing you have to do...is die ✨
I thought this morning I would wake up, and be absolutely ITCHING to throw a barbell on my back. I felt I had to go. Like there was some random pressure on me to go or lose my “trainer” status.
Of course this is nonsense. Not one of ye reading this now spent your day worrying about whether Niamh McWalter went to the gym or not (well if ye did... that’s really weird 🙈😂).
No one thinks about you more than you think about yourself. That’s a fairly cool thing to realise. You can see it positively or negatively...no-one gives a f**k 😢😢 OR no-one gives a f**k 😁😁
I didn’t go to the gym. No one even noticed. Everything was fine. I only lift 4 x week anyway so I literally have more than enough time. When I go in tomorrow I’ll probably train even harder because I WANT to train tomorrow 💕✨
Stop doing things because you feel you have to. Do it because you want to ❤️

What makes you feel confident? When do you feel your best?
For me, I feel my most confident when I’ve been training hard, fuelling my body and have 2+ layers of extra dark on 🔥
I love helping others feel confident in their bodies; hearing from clients that they feel more confident from training with me genuinely fills me with joy 🥰
Lately I’ve been observing a lot of coaches promising the world and delivering nothing but disappointment. I will never promise that I will make you lose X amount of weight. But I do promise you a well-thought out, balanced training programme, nutrition guidance and accountability to help you with your goals and increase your ✨confidence ✨

I miss lifting but I think the home workouts are suiting my body 🌚 either way I’m enjoying them and I feel good in myself!
Keep moving-stop worrying about “losing muscle” or your strength. Keep the body ticking over. Enjoy your training. Gyms will be back soon but either way-your body is your home for life 💕
