Today's Class was about LOVE and opening the heart. ❤❤❤ Small class today as many kiddos were sick or at parties.. We practiced poses and repeated affirmations with each pose!

We made valentines pictures, did pebble meditation and danced with ribbons..
We also chanted OM.....and opened our hearts to let love in and sent love to our friends, families and animals all over the world. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

A journey to Australia..Today we practiced candle breath and lit a candle for Australia. We sent love, light and positive vibes to the people and animals there. We spoke about global warming and palm oil and read Ran-tang in my bedroom! We practiced sun salutations, koala(eagle pose), dingo(downward dog) crocodile, rock (urulu), triangle (opera house) lizard, fish and shark poses! 🐨🐨🐨
