Another fantastic morning of sparring down in Dunmanway after an early start! There were some great spars, and it’s brilliant to see the lads learning and improving each time they step into the ring. These experiences will help them grow into even better boxers.

A big thank-you to Dunmanway Boxing Club and all the West Cork clubs who took part and made us so welcome. We really appreciate it!

It’s never too late to take up boxing! 🥊
Why not come along and give it a try at Mallow Boxing Club? Training for ages 14 and over takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
Come and learn one of the greatest sports in one of Mallow’s newest clubs. Everyone is welcome!

🥊 Well done to everyone at training tonight our last session of the week!
We’ve had a busy week so fair play to everyone for showing up and putting in the work. A special well done to the seniors. We tried something different tonight with a tough session and a few new things and everyone got through it brilliantly.
Great effort all round. Enjoy the weekend! 👊
