This is Dan 🏆
Dan deals with some disabilities brought on by an accident that caused him to have a brain injury. He sustained this at the age of 4, and has had a life of dealing with ataxia on one side of his body and hemiparesis on the other side of his body.

Some might think it too difficult to start becoming fitter and healthier when it’s already challenging enough to move your body everyday, but not Dan 💪🏽.

He made it his mission to change his life for the better last year and there’s no stopping him. Dan is currently down 16kg since his first weigh in last year. This is an incredible feat for a person that finds it challenging to move and doesn’t like vegetables! But Dan continues to achieve new strength and fitness goals everyday.

He has changed his mindset towards eating healthier and has improved his nutrition over the last year. He has been consistent with his training, food tracking everyday and now his steps.
