Dan's words about his fitness journey⦠We've been training together since April 2023 and we have reached 11kg weight loss on our journey so far! HE WANTS TO BE THE VERY BEST LIKE NO ONE WAS BEFORE! Dan has built some healthy habits during this time together including food tracking and weekly personal training which he does twice per week now and has compounded these habits with a new step challenge which he is currently averaging 12,500 steps per day. When you take into consideration at the age of 4, Dan sustained a brain injury. He has hemiparesis on the left side of his body (loss of feeling/ weakness) and ataxia down his right side (a tremor/shake).
