Our amazing gym members are doing the Battle for Cancer challenge in the RDS on June 15th.
The goal is for each team to reach 20,000 reps๐ฅต over 10 movements ( rowing, deadlift, run etc). However the more money we raise the less reps we will be required to do!!!!
Each โฌ1= 1 rep!!!
So if you are in any way inclined to help us reduce our reps and raise money, please join us on Thursday the 13th of June at 8pm.

Today is a day for me to celebrate with you all, the unique condition that is Narcolepsy. ๐๐ค
A condition that has had a massive impact on my life for the last 13 years, changing my path completely.
Its also a reminder for me to take a look at how far I've come and what I have achieved living with this chronic illness.
It's never easy, but it's always worth it ๐ช๐ด

Love love love getting involved with these events encouraging women to get out and try something new! We had such a fantastic turn out for our mindfulness session last year at the lake. As part of 'Her Outdoors Week' Midland Triathlon Club supported by Westmeath Sports Partnership and Triathlon Ireland are running a Mindful Adventure Afternoon for all ladies aged from 18 Years upwards.
The Afternoon will consist of an Introduction to a Mindfulness and mobility class by Lor'Na B Bohemian Fitness, followed by Kayaking on Mullingar Canal by lakelandkayaks.ie. There will be some light refreshments for all participants in the Yak Shak afterwards.
Date: Saturday 19 August 2023
Time: 12 Noon
Location: Lakeland Kayaks, Harbour Place, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
Cost: 10 Euros
Dress: Comfortable sportwear. Please bring a towel and a change of clothes may be required.

Its nearly 3 weeks delayed but its been so overwhelmingly busy with new clients and so many new classes to run I just haven't been able to get around to it. So thank you all for the tremendous support so far. I am so grateful for the new members and all my OG's who have stuck with me and made this whole thing possible โค๏ธ
What a tough 5 months its been. To say we started from scratch is an understatement.
Blood sweat and tears have been poured into this building to make it what you see here today. I just want to thank my family and friends for helping me to get to the finish line and get our new home open and running.
I would never have been able to do it without my super talanted and skilled Husband to be , my brother Vinny, my Dad and my super amazing friends and family ๐โฅ๏ธ
When I started on my business venture 2 years ago, I never imagined id have such a beautiful space in town to call my own. My business has grown from strength to strength and I'm so excited to see what this new venture brings us.

Attention All mums out there!! ๐โค๏ธ
I will be starting a new block of mums and babies classes in September in my gym in the Barracks if there is interest out there ๐ฅฐ
The classes will be 2 days per week on a Tuesday and Friday morning @9:15am.
There will only be two classes running if the numbers there, if not we will pick either of the days that suit.
I only do small groups so max of 6 mums per group with their babies also. Smaller groups means more progress and less preassure of dealing with bigger groups ๐๐.
The classes are specialised and focused around redeveloping the pelvic floor, deep core and postural correction!
