💔🥲Bred & had his ears mutilated in Ireland 💔
PLEASE SHARE & help save him 😢😢
This poor boy is now called Wilson, he is 4 years old and was bred in Dublin, his previous owner mutilated his ears & then discarded him on the roadside in Westmeath. This is Ireland 2024
Imagine being Wilson, being bred for profit, undergoing horrific surgery, to make him look tough….when he’s really not… 💔 Used most likely for breeding & then discarded & left to fend for himself on the streets of another county, far enough away from his only known home to avoid any chance of finding his way back. This act of abandonment was done with with no remorse, no backward glances or concern for his welfare whatsoever.. 💔😢
Wilson undoubtedly did his job for his cruel hearted human, he had his ears professionally cropped in Ireland (this was no back street job) and when he was no longer wanted, he was driven miles away from his home & dumped on the streets in another county.
Wilson is a very gentle dog, he’s soft natured & affectionate & despite his tough looks due to his ears being cropped, he is the sweetest little man around. He’s now sadly confined behind the bars of Mullingar Pound and due to new laws surrounding ear mutilation, he can’t be homed to the public, without firstly being taken into the care of a rescue.
We have reported this event to the Department of Agriculture who are now investigating the matter but in the meantime Wilson stands little hope of a future without the help of you all sharing his plight.
If anyone can offer Wilson a forever home we are happy to work on his behalf, alongside the Department of Agriculture, to assist this sweet little soul in whatever way we possibly can.
If you can offer Wilson a forever home please complete an adoption. form & we’ll be in touch.
