If you’re competing at Europeans or Worlds, you will need the official OCRA Ireland uniform, at least the top.

Please get your entry and uniform sorted before the deadline.

We’re getting ready to run a Pintathlon test event in Mullingar and we’re looking for a small number of people to take part.

This will be a trial event where we test the rules, the flow, the format, and the overall madness of it all before we launch properly. So if you’d like to be among the first to give it a go and help shape the event, we’d love to hear from you.

You do not need to be an elite athlete to take on Pintathlon.

You do not need a six-pack, a coach, or a tragic obsession with split times.

You just need a decent sense of humour, a willingness to get involved, and enough belief in yourself to make one very questionable registration decision.

Pintathlon is built for fun and the kind of sporting memories that probably sound even worse when explained the next day.

No qualification is required.

Our next Lakeland Jiu Jitsu Qualifying Event takes place on Sunday 5 April at 11:00 AM in a time trial format.
