Larry, a true gentleman. Rescued by Toni as a youngster from dire distress, he is fondly known as "Larry the Legend" by his adoring fans and riders. Handsome is as handsome does.

WANTED.......do you have, or do you know of anyone who has a beloved outgrown pony, cob or horse, looking to or have retired, or not in use and do not wish it an uncertain future. Good care, feed, gentle exercise a few days a week, and plenty of friends can extend a useful life for a few years. Must be super quiet and sound. If so contact me. It may suit us both. This photo is of Leonardo and Bobby, both rescue horses, brought back from the brink, meeting for the first time since they were yearlings together........ # # #.

This is Tommy, he is a new addition to our family. We brought him in Cork yesterday, just could not resist him, so honest. Toni has gone to pick him up today. Can't wait to get him home and give him a hair cut.

Some of our dear ponies, each one has a story. We shall try and tell some of those in future.

SUMMER CAMPS 2021. LOVE YOUR OWN PONY FOR A WEEK.

Lessons, instruction, woodland or lake rides, games, quizz, barbeque, and of course your own PONY for the week. (Wow, sounds fun, think I'll go myself). We anticipate high demand, so phone Toni (086 3847509) for details. HAVE A LOVELY SUMMER.

SPRING IS IN THE AIR AT LADESTOWN. The ponies are chomping at the bit and we can't wait to get going. We hope to start on 26th April. Keep Calm and Carry On. These are uncertain days, something we thought of as impossible. Many of us have suffered, are suffering or perhaps are fearsome. Take heart, respite is in sight. In the meantime a warm muzzle, a cold nose, a gently squeezing hand, a soft word, these are a hope and a blessing. To me, someone who has always loved horses, this picture tells all. It is by Anne Bullen (1912-1963) called The Power 0f the Horse. I am sure she would not mind me reproducing it here.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT.
HORSE SPORT IRELAND have announced "NON-
CONTACT TRAINING (RIDING) CAN CONTINUE FOR SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN ONLY, OUTDOORS IN PODS UP TO 15. You are allowed to take school-aged children to permitted training even if it is outside 5km from home." This means we can CONTINUE with riding lessons,
with adequate precautions, but unfortunately this means lead rein riders and adults will have to wait until shutdown has finished before resuming. Any queries phone me.
