11:30 to 12:15 Turtles, Sea Horse, Starfish, Dolphin
16:30 to 17:15 Turtles, Sea Horse, Starfish.

Week 2
13th to the 17th of July

11:30 to 12:15 Turtles, Sea Horse, Starfish, Dolphin
16:30 to 17:15 Turtles, Sea Horse, Starfish.

Week 3
20th to the 24th of July

11:30 to 12:15 Turtles, Sea Horse, Starfish, Dolphin
16:30 to 17:15 Turtles, Sea Horse, Starfish.

Cost is €50 per child.
Child must be 4 years of age on the first day of Camp.
If your child is not already enrolled in our lessons and is not a beginner they must be assessed by a member of staff during a public session shown on our timetable, the assessment is free of charge.

Registration Day is this Saturday from 6pm **Online Only**
New Customers can register from Saturday the 18th of April from 6pm Online, follow the link below and the steps attached, you must set up a parents account then add your child through the linked members tab.
Children Must be 4 years of age on the first day of Lessons
You Must Book into the Turtle Group if you are a

- Have not been assessed by the pool staff

Cost is €50 per child for 5 weeks for a 30 minute class

€80 for 8 weeks
€50 for OAP (66 years of age and above)

Monday 09:30 (7 Week Course) , Wednesday 19:30 and Friday 11:30. (8 Week Course)

Improver,

Monday 09:30 (7 Week Course), Wednesday, 19:30. (8 Week Course)
To be in improver you must be able to do the following:
Complete 1 full width on front, face fully submerged with proper F/C leg kick (NO FLOAT)
Complete 1 full width on back proper B/C leg kick (NO FLOAT)

Swim Ability Programme

Do you want to become a Qualified Lifeguard?

Lifeguard Course Coming Up February Mid Term the 16th to the 21st inclusive.

Cost: €450

Candidates must be

-16+ years of age on the date of assessment
-Jump / dive into deep water
-Swim 50 metres in no more than 60 seconds
-Swim 100 m continuously on front and back
-In deep water, tread water for 30 seconds
-Surface dive to the floor of the pool
-Climb out of the pool unaided without using a ladder / steps where the pool design permits
