Hey everybody this Mondays classes are GC, 6.15pm & 7.15pm, Beginners Rebound 7pm and Pump & Tone 8.15pm,
Tuesdays and Thursdays GrooveCycle changed to 7.15pm which means Thursdays Pump is now 8.15pm, Wednesday GC Fatburn 6.15pm and Rebound 7.15pm.Thats just this week as the NEW Timetable kicks in on Monday 11th..Lots of variety with extra 2 Beginners GrooveCycle and even a morning 10am session on Wednesdays. Fridays 6.30pm class is back on but could be anything from GC to Pump, Rebound, Circuits, Hiit, 15/15/15 mix of classes so il post on Thursdays what the class will be!!!!.. Great selection of high intensity fat burning classes and the shorter length classes will have a different price from the other 45mins and 60min sessions,prices will be €7 or can use a bundle card but not the loyalty card. As always classes will only stay on Timetable if enough demand so the smaller ones will be taken off if necessary. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYBODY NO MATTER HOW REGULAR, CLASSES HAVE TO BE PREPAID WITH 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS. So here it is, browse and share please.
