The 2026 NutriScience Equine EI110 Amateur League winners are.... 🥁🥁🥁

🏆 Denis Currie and Merlot 🏆

Denis and Merlot have been a partnership since mid-2025, after Merlot's previous owner and fellow Amateur rider Symone Brown, moved away and sold the 2010 ISH gelding to Denis.

This year, they've had 12 outings, earning 70.8 points from their counting 6 runs:
🥇 an incredible SEVEN wins
🥈 three second place finishes
🔥 12 events without rolling a coloured pole
⭐ season DR average of 28.7
💎 PB DR of 21

Huge congratulations to Denis and Merlot, what a season 🙌

Thank you to NutriScience Equine for their incredible support of Amateur Eventing this season, including the sponsorship of all three Amateur leagues, as well as their generous contribution to the end of season clinic and Awards Night ✨
