Our Event 11 finalists of the High King of Meath was Peter Smith and young Jason Nolan.A very tight final in which both lads threw some exceptional darts.Jason Nolan just edged the final in the end but for peter it was his second final loss in which he only has entered 2 events if I’m correct,to make 2 finals he is certainly a man in form.For young jason Nolan his time and effort is certainly paying dividends lately as he is throwing fantastic darts at the moment and it showed tonight to make finals night in the High King of Meath.Thanks to Lobinstown inn for their hospitality and all the players in attendance,in which it was another scorcher of an evening.Our 12th event Friday evening is being held in Mclaughlins Ballivor 8.30 pm start,hope to see you all there.

8 venues,16 nightly winners qualify for finals night,for those who don’t win a night the top 16 on the leaderboard qualify for the shield.Also the last 4 participants in the main event will each get 6 county points towards there points total for the Meath county trials.Great to get you prepared for Meath county trials and also your club teams.Who will be crowned the High king of Meath.

All the best to the 14 players representing Meath in the A All Irelands in Killarney this weekend.
A mix of youth and experience leaves us with a very strong team that will hopefully push for the title come Sunday night.
Our joint captains for this year are Buster Madden and Ronan Donnelly.
