In what turned out to be a disappointing result for the club, loosing in the final to a very good Killymooney FC side, we could not be more proud of the lads that gave everything, not just in this game but in all the games that got us here, it just wasn't for us this time around but it's still an incredible achievement for this incredible bunch of lads making it to a final half-way through their first season together 👏,
Always remember "You learn more from the loses then you ever will from the wins"
Each and every one of you done the club proud, heads up and we go again,
Thanks as always to everyone who came out to support the lads 👏,
Next up we are back to the league on Sunday, home to OMP in the MDL .

Harp Celtic 4 - Castle Villa 0 Division 3A
On what was a lovely evening for a match of football the lads started off excellent when a lovely bit of play from Matthew Ryan found Shane Conroy to put us 1-0 up the lads carried on attacking brilliantly and in the 20th minute an incredible shot from Matthew Ryan found the top left corner to put Harp 2-0 going into Half time great first half performance by Matthew Ryan grabbing himself 1 goal and 1 assist in the first half. The lads carried on playing great football in the second half and the third came from a good ball from Daniele Gismondi to find Caighlum Mulvey Barry to slot the ball into the back of the net 3-0 harp Celtic. The final goal of the match came from a corner from Caighlum to find Shane Conroy to find his second of the match 4-0 harp Celtic and a excellent clean sheet from the defense. Great performances coming from Rhys Callan, Matthew Ryan, Shane Conroy and new signing Simon Dizon with a super shift in the defence. We now start preparing for the Final on Saturday against Killymooney and that’s now 6 wins in a row.

Harp Celtic 5 - Balrath G/B FC 1
Today was the 2nd round of the Gerry Reilly Memorial Cup starting off slow the lads went 1-0 down but in the 30th minute we got a penalty and Shay Rawat made no mistake of slotting the ball home Half Time 1-1. The lads picked it up a lot in the second half and in the 60th minute a superb ball from Matthew Ryan found Andrew Moran to put the lads 2-1 up with 30 to play. Struggling to finish the game off the lads carried on playing good football and thankfully 3 quickfire goals all coming in the 90th minutes. Good finishes from Shay Rawat to get his second and then Shay returning the favour assisting Caighlum Barry Mulvey and Jamie Grumley to finish off the game. Good performances coming from Matthew Ryan, Calum Fagan and new signing Jack Clynes.
We now look forward to Friday night when we play Castlevilla away to hopefully carry on a great run of games.
