Sharks West Cork Volleyball Club is welcoming children to join our new volleyball season!

Whether your child is a complete beginner or already enjoys playing, they’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, stay active, make friends and enjoy being part of a team.

👧🧒 Age groups:
• 7–8 years
• 9–11 years
• 12–14 years

📅 Wednesdays & Fridays
🗓 Starting the week of 14 September

🏐🏆 What a day of volleyball! 🏆🏐

A huge thank you to for organising such a fantastic tournament. Everything was run brilliantly, with a great atmosphere, strong competition, and a real sense of community throughout the day. Events like this are what make volleyball in Ireland so special. 👏🇮🇪

I’m also incredibly grateful to my teammates Pavlo, Vlada, Marzena at Sharks West Cork Volleyball Club 🦈. Thank you for the energy, commitment, support, and plenty of laughs along the way. Every point, every rally, and every challenge was worth it because we faced it together as a team.

Winning the tournament was an amazing bonus, but the real reward was sharing the court with such a great group of people and enjoying the game we all love. 🥇💙

Proud of what we achieved together and already looking forward to the next challenge. Until then, we’ll enjoy this one! 🍀🏐

A brilliant way to finish the season 🏐🔥

Our final training session featured a fun and competitive match between Pickles 🥒 and Hydraulic Action ⚡

After a great battle full of rallies, teamwork and energy, Pickles managed to edge slightly ahead — but the real win was the enjoyment, experience and progress shown by players from both teams 😊

Every session, every point and every game is another step on the journey to becoming better players, and we’re proud of all the hard work this season 💪

See you all again in September to continue the journey 🦈

What a lovely way to finish the season 🏐💙

Our youngest Sharks (7–8 years) completed their final training session before the summer holidays with smiles, games, energy and plenty of fun 😊

A huge thank you to all the players for their hard work, enthusiasm and fantastic progress throughout the season — and special thanks to all the parents for the support, encouragement and trust along the way 🙌

Every player received a small recognition award because each of them should be proud of their effort and development this year 🌟

Have a wonderful summer everyone — and we can’t wait to see you all back on court next season! 🦈☀️

🏐 Division 3 Final – Best of luck to both teams! 🏐

Tomorrow at 5 PM in Dublin, the Division 3 Final will see Lions take on Octopus in what promises to be a great match.

We had the pleasure of competing against both teams during the group stage, and built strong, friendly connections along the way.
It’s no surprise to see them in the final — both teams have truly earned their place.

Wishing both sides the very best of luck for the game.
May they show their best volleyball — and may the stronger team win 🤝
