What an amazing weekend! Thank you so much to everyone who came from near and far to support the first Sligo Trail Running Festival. We enjoyed 5 wonderful routes across Sligo with a mixture of mountains, forest, coast, bog and night trails with some quirky twists.
Also a special thanks to the team from Northwest Adventure Tours, RunPod, Firefly Foot & Ankle Clinics and Riverside Hotel Sligo for all their hard work.

Big News!

We are delighted to officially announce that Altra Running are backing this year's Sligo Trail Running Festival! Altra have exploded onto the international trail running scene and have some seriously dominant trail running shoes.

So, what does this mean for all you festival goers?

On Saturday during the event expo, Altra are setting up with their latest Trail running shoes. You will be able to stick them on your feet and take them for a run to test them out. If you like, you can buy them at a discount! Their expert team will also be on hand to chat and answer all questions!
