Congratulations and best of luck to Ben comerford and Leon Kennedy for making the tipp minor football panel..Really put in great effort at the beginning of the year at our strength and conditioning training sessions.

Coaching started back tonight after the Christmas break with John locks juvenile Gaa club..
Strength ,speed , agility, skills and coordination are some of the aspects on player development being worked on.
A big thanks to Robbie jackman and John locks Juvenile gaa club for inviting us down to help out this great bunch of lads.
We look forward to continue to develope the boys over the coming months.

Over the last number of weeks, RML SPORTS FITNESS has focused on all aspects of athletic development with Grangemockler/Ballyneale juvenile Gaa club.
Motor skills, functional skills, agility, balance, coordination, flexability and speed development were among the aspects covered.
It has been an absolute pleasure for us to work with such a dedicated group of players.
With good attitude and application alot can be achieved .
We are looking forward to working with them and their mentors...Andrew o meara..
